We’re really good at telling ourselves all of the reasons that we can’t do something. It’s too hard or too expensive. I’m not smart enough, not capable enough, or not confident enough. My body just isn’t built the way I want. This is just how things have always been done…

What if I told you that all of those excuses are lies that you’re telling yourself? And every time you say them, you’re reinforcing a negative neural pathway that is keeping you stuck. YOU CAN CHANGE, even if your attempts have failed before. And it starts with simply deciding that you are going to change – for real this time.

I have 14 years of experience working in the Fortune 500 world with an undergraduate degree in business and a master’s degree in organizational learning, performance and change in the works. I’m a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and a former member of the Association of Change Management Practitioners and Association of Talent Management. I’m also a Gold and Platinum certified hypnotist through the ICBCH.

For my business clients, I offer process consulting services. Organizational changes require communication, engagement and training for teams and end users as well as strong alignment with sponsors and other leaders. These are things I can help you assess, develop and deliver.

For my individual clients, one of my favorite tools is hypnosis. Hypnosis sessions leverage a naturally occurring brain state that we all experience every single day to help kick start and reinforce the development of new neural pathways. Hypnosis isn’t some magical form of mind control, it’s an evidence-based tool for driving goal achievement and self-control.
